Always an inspiring event, the Perth Comic Arts Fest is so much fun. Seeing the work people have been putting in over the years to produce comics, graphic novels, stickers and other merch.
There must’ve been about 100 stall holders selling and displaying their work. Perth def. has some seriously talented artists that may not be doing a lot of self promotion.
I’m always surprised to hear people have put years of work into something and have not yet published it online or printed it.
Would’ve been good to see more of our Indigenous artists represented. I’m looking forward to seeing more work in 2027, maybe it’s time to get the work printed myself 😌
