The black sakana fish are lined up facing the sun in the west, it's time to rest after such a long journey. Sakana is the Japanese word for fish and one of the most famous songs is this one (see video below) created by the fishing industry. It's pretty cute.
You can hear the repetition of the word fish three times throughout the song. I used to live in Japan and it was often played in the seafood sections of supermarkets.
